Prenatal Yoga & Fitness Schedule

HoliMomma at The Village offers weekly prenatal yoga and fitness classes. Our classes are designed and modified for all fitness levels and trimesters. We limit our class size to 15 clients.  It's recommended to reserve your spot ahead of time.  If you need to cancel your class reservation, you have up to two hours before class to do so without charge. 



Single class: $17

New client promo: 3 classes for $35 (2 month expiration)

5 class pass: 5 classes for $80 (one year expiration)

10 class pass: 10 classes for $140 (one year expiration)

(Class passes can be used towards all weekly classes!)

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is beneficial for everyone, especially during pregnancy. A mindful yoga practice offers an opportunity for you to breathe with movement, connect with your baby, and prepare for labor. Our classes are beginner friendly and modified for all trimesters.

Wednesdays 6:00 p.m.

Sundays 10:30 a.m.

Prenatal Strength

This hour-long workout will incorporate strength training with resistance bands, light-to-moderate cardio intervals and baby bump-safe core exercises. You can expect a total body sweat session that will help you get into your best shape during your pregnancy! These workouts will also help prepare your body/mind for labor & delivery and provide a foundation for your postpartum recovery. 

Appropriate for all trimesters and fitness levels.

Flow & Let Go

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga with Restorative Poses. For all women at all levels.
