The Village Warriors Postpartum Support Group is a weekly support group that is professionally facilitated by Julia Ott, MS, LPC from Mindful Soul Center for Wellbeing. This group is for pregnant, postpartum, and adoptive mamas experiencing depression, anxiety, or related stress to adjusting to motherhood during the first 18 months after having a baby.
The Village Warriors is a safe and non-judgmental place to receive support and validation for your experience, learn coping skills to tackle symptoms of depression and anxiety, and build relationships with other moms having similar experiences.
Open to all new mothers, breast and formula feeding, who have a baby 0-18 months.
