Massage Therapy & Bodywork

Female-focused bodywork dedicated to women's well being
Specializing in prenatal & postpartum care

Therapeutic massage has numerous benefits for overall well-being. Research studies have shown that regular massage and bodywork can help alleviate muscular tension, poor posture, fatigue, stress, anxiety, headache symptoms, hormonal imbalance, digestive and circulatory issues. Our goal is to provide a restorative and healing space.  We use supportive body cushions for pregnancy and postpartum. The use of essential oils and steamed towels (both optional) are incorporated to deepen the state of relaxation.

Please note: some health conditions are contraindicated.  Please talk to your care provider if you have a specific health condition before scheduling your appointment. We ask all postpartum clients  to receive approval for massage therapy from their care provider if scheduling before  6 weeks  postpartum .

Massage & Bodywork

We tailor every session to where you are — pregnant, postpartum, or just needing care built around your body.

Prenatal: Using specialty cushions, we position you prone, side-lying, or reclined so your belly is always safely supported. Near your due date, we can incorporate labor-prep trigger point work, acupressure, guided breathwork, and positioning practice on request. Please check with your care provider first if you have preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, heart/lung disease, placenta previa, history of miscarriage, or any other pregnancy concern.

Postpartum: Sessions ease the nervous system, relieve muscle soreness, stabilize weight-bearing joints, and restore postural balance — plus gentle scar tissue release and abdominal work to support core healing after a c-section.

Female-Focused: For any other needs, we draw from effleurage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, and guided meditation.
