Postpartum Core & Pelvic Floor Series
The Pod at The Village
The Pod is a 4-week support group for new mothers who are seeking a safe, intimate space in which to connect and share experiences of early parenthood. The first days, weeks, and months with a new baby are filled with many highs and lows. The 4-week format will focus on this delicate transition to parenthood and will include the following topics:
Week 1: Introductions and birth/feeding stories
Week 2: Processing the emotions of parenthood
(the baby blues, highs and lows including expectations and disappointments)
Week 3: Taking Care - Balancing self-care and baby care
Week 4: Managing relationships and role transitions with partner and family
The Pod is facilitated by Sarah Hastings, MSW, IBCLC
Open to new mothers who have a baby between 0-6 months.

New Mom Meet-Up
Tuesdays at 11am
The Village Meet-Up is a safe place for new mothers to get feeding support (pumping/breastfeeding/chestfeeding/supplementing), as well as develop friendship & community. Meet-Up is an open discussion of feeding, parenting, sleep, and other new parent topics.

Motherhood,Unfiltered
Tuesdays: 7pm-8:15pm
Motherhood, Unfiltered is a virtual support group led by Julie Wells, LPC for women navigating the first 18 months after birth. This group focuses on the emotional and identity shifts that often go unspoken: anxiety, overstimulation, relationship changes, body image, burnout, and the question many women quietly ask — “Who am I now?” The program runs on a rotating 6-week series, and drop-ins are welcome. You can start at anytime in the 6 week rotation. Each session offers guided discussion, practical tools, and real support for early motherhood.

Tummy Time!™ Method
Feel like your baby doesn’t like “tummy time”? Looking for a way to connect with your baby & foster movement and development? Concerned about head-turning preference or “flat spots”? Join Angela Selkregg, licensed Occupational Therapist for the TummyTime! Method. Caregivers will learn about & practice: tummy time, relaxation techniques, massage, calming techniques & various activities for engagement & connection. The class is open to babies 3-weeks to precrawling. Class size limited.

Infant Massage with Wonder Baby Therapy
In this class guided by Wonder Baby Therapy , you will learn and practice head-to-toe infant massage strokes to help soothe your baby's tummy troubles, relieve muscle tension, and improve sleep patterns. Massage also decreases stress levels in you and your baby and supports your early bonding experience through positive touch.

Starting Solids with Pediatric Feeding Partners
When should I start solids? What foods should I offer? What do I need to know about food allergies? What are the best utensils, highchairs and cups? How do I figure out a mealtime schedule?

Tovah Feehan is a Speech-Language Pathologist, Feeding Therapist and Owner of Pediatric Feeding Partners in Haddon Heights, NJ. She is passionate about empowering parents with the knowledge and tools to promote a joyful family mealtime. Registration is for two caregivers. Non-crawling babes welcome!

Infant + Child CPR for Friends & Family
This class will focus on teaching CPR techniques for Infants and Children (we will touch briefly upon CPR for Adults). We will also be going over choking/breathing emergencies, as well as addressing drowning emergencies and basic first aid.
This class is designed for expecting parents, parents, caregivers, and grandparents. THIS IS NOT A CERTIFICATION CLASS.
Additional participants can be added at a discounted rate of $30 per person.
*Non-mobile infants are welcome to attend with their caregivers.

Baby Blossoms Developmental Playgroup
Join us once a month on Saturday mornings for a warm, play-based group designed to support your baby’s growth while helping you feel more confident and connected on your parenting journey. Led by Paula Bradley, MOT, OTR/L Maternal + Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Each session will focus on age-appropriate developmental milestones and simple play ideas you can use at home. Parents + caregivers will also have the chance to connect, ask questions, and build community in a warm, supportive environment. All caregivers welcome!

Postpartum & Play is a welcoming group for all postpartum moms and their babies, designed to support you through the emotional, physical, and developmental transitions of early parenthood. To better support working parents and busy families, the group meets twice each month—once in the evening and once on a Saturday morning.

Each session includes guided play for babies and supportive conversation for moms, focused on postpartum wellness, connection, and navigating the return-to-work and caregiving balance.

Baby + Me Yoga

Our weekly Baby & Me Yoga Class focuses on gentle yoga for mind-body wellness along with baby bonding time. We'll practice poses with babies on the mat, in our arms, or option for baby-wearing. It's a great way to connect with your little one and others on the parenthood journey! Class is for caregivers with babies (up to pre-crawling.) No yoga experience is necessary. We suggest bringing a baby blanket + yoga mat. ​

Postpartum Pilates

Our weekly Postpartum Pilates Class supports post-pregnancy recovery while strengthening your core, stabilizing your body + bonding w/ your baby. Each session blends gentle Pilates-based movement w/ functional exercises designed to improve posture, rebuild strength + enhance overall well-being in a baby-friendly environment. Bring your baby, your mat, and whatever you need for comfort. Come move, connect + build strength in community. Pre-reg required.

Take the time to slow down and join us for a 75-minute candlelit restorative yoga class. This class offers soothing movement, gentle breath work, and guided meditation. Class is open to all.

We'll explore hormones, desire, body image, fatigue, and pelvic floor dysfunction/pain and more — whether your 1 month or 2 years postpartum.

Join us on Sunday, March 22 for a one hr gathering for tea, connection + postpartum restorative support. Through guided relaxation, meaningful conversation + herbal tea, this is time just for you—the mother. A space to soften, reset + feel held in circle.
Replenishment becomes simple + accessible through an embodied practice + supportive medicine of community. The gathering is a sacred tea ceremony, where your well-being is the center of care.

Here at The Village, Carrie offers personalized instruction for moms that are seeking guidance with retraining the core, pelvic function, and postural alignment. As a corrective exercise specialist, yoga instructor, and postural trainer, Carrie blends her modalities and tailors each session to one's specific needs during the postpartum period. Postpartum Massage at The Village
Our postpartum massage and bodywork sessions focus on the new mom’s well-being. Sessions incorporate a range of techniques to help ease the nervous system, alleviate muscle soreness, stabilize weight-bearing joints, restore postural balance and overall relaxation. This can also be a time to assist with scar tissue release from a c section and gentle abdominal massage for core function.
