Weekly Classes

Yoga offers the opportunity of deeper self-awareness which allows us to trust ourselves and embrace the many cycles of life. 


HoliMomma offers a variety of weekly yoga classes: 


  • Prenatal Yoga

  • Prenatal Strength Training

  • Mom & Baby Yoga 

  • Flow & Let Go (gentle flow for all women)

  • Yoga Flow (vinyasa flow for all women

  • Yoga for Pelvic Floor Care (for all women)

First time attending a class?  Plan to arrive a few minutes early to fill out any necessary forms, meet your instructor, and make yourself cozy in our space. It’s always a good idea to let your instructor know if you have any injuries, concerns, or brand new to practicing yoga. If you're attending an all women's class, please let your instructor know if you are currently pregnant or early postpartum.
