Our classes are specifically designed for prenatal and postpartum females. We take a holistic approach to pregnancy and motherhood and offer a wide variety of classes from yoga, strength and stability, functional/corrective exercise, massage, bodywork, and meditation. We believe in offering space to connect with mind, body, baby & heart. This is a time to listen to your individual body wisdom. We’re here to support the changing needs (physically, emotionally, and mentally) and are along for the journey from conception, childbirth, parenting, and beyond. Our weekly yoga & fitness classes are a great opportunity to build the support throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Prenatal Morning Yoga
SATURDAY, 9:30AM w/ Dee
Our weekly prenatal yoga morning class is designed to connect you to your body + baby through movement, breath-work + meditation. We provide a safe practice that supports the physical + emotional changes along w/ creating a community w/ others. Beginner-friendly + for all stages of pregnancy.
Recommended to bring your own yoga mat . Pre-reg required. Class is 60min. Option to purchase a single class or a yoga class package.

Prenatal Pilates + Yoga Fusion
MONDAYS, 7PM w/ Carrie
This class blends mindful movement w/ Pilates-inspired exercise, designed specifically for all stages of pregnancy. Each session focuses on improving posture, building stability, easing common pregnancy discomforts + enhancing breath awareness to support both body + baby.
This class offers supportive modifications + a nurturing community to help you feel strong, centered + prepared for birth + beyond.

Prenatal Evening Yoga
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS 7PM w/ Rebecca
Our weekly evening prenatal yoga class is designed to bring easeful release + rest through gentle movement, breath-work + meditation. It's a time to connect within. We provide a safe practice that supports the physical and emotional changes along with creating a community w/ others. The class is beginner-friendly + modified for all trimesters.

Pelvic Floor Wellness for Pregnancy & Early Postpartum Workshop
BI-MONTHLY WORKSHOP WITH CARRIE
Pelvic floor muscles work harder than normal during pregnancy. Whether you give birth vaginally or caesarean, a deeper awareness of pelvic floor function can have a profound impact w/ how you feel throughout pregnancy + postpartum. Carrie will provide an informative discussion along w/ simple yet effective 'exercises' that lay the foundation for everyday movement - providing more ease + healthy stability throughout the body. This workshop is designed for those currently pregnant or planning.
$45 per person. Workshop is 90 min. Class packages do not apply for this workshop. Pre-registration is required.

Yoga for Labor: Birth Ball + Breath-Work Workshop
BI-MONTHLY WORKSHOP WITH CARRIE
During this workshop, Carrie will guide you through a variety of labor positions, breath-work, and relaxation techniques to support you through the phases of labor + childbirth. We'll incorporate a birth ball and supportive props to create space within the pelvis for mom + baby. It's a time to cultivate one's own intuitive body rhythm + rest. Please note: this workshop is designed for just birth givers, not partner based.
BYO Birth Ball. If you do not have one, you can purchase one when registering for the course.

1:1 Personal Training for Pregnancy
Here at The Village, Carrie offers personalized instruction for those during and after pregnancy. As a corrective exercise specialist, prenatal yoga instructor, and childbirth co-instructor, Carrie blends her modalities and tailors each session to one's specific needs. Options include:

Baby + Me Yoga
WEEKLY ON WEDNESDAYS 9:30AM w/ Ali
Our weekly Baby & Me Yoga Class focuses on gentle yoga for mind-body wellness along with baby bonding time. We'll practice poses with babies on the mat, in our arms, or option for baby-wearing. It's a great way to connect with your little one and others on the parenthood journey! Class is for caregivers with babies (up to pre-crawling.) No yoga experience is necessary. We suggest bringing a baby blanket + yoga mat.
Pre-registration required. Class is 60min.

Pilates & Yoga for Moms
MONDAYS 5:30PM W/ CARRIE (Begins this July!)
50-minute class designed to support the physical demands of motherhood through a blend of Pilates-based movement, yoga + functional exercises tailored for moms at every stage. Focusing on postnatal core strengthening, pelvic floor awareness/support, mobility/flexibility + relaxation/stress relief. This class is appropriate for postpartum moms (after clearance) + beyond.

Tots Yoga
RETURNS IN THE FALL
Playfully practice toddler-friendly yoga - standing, sitting, walking, crawling, + jumping. Enjoy fun yoga games-singing, breathing & moving while improving motor skills + body awareness. Nurture esteem, creativity, + bonding, in a supportive environment.
Class participation is designed for tot (crawlers-4yo) w/ caregiver.
Pre-registration required.
Single class: $25
Additional tot: $8. Non-mobile babies can attend with tot and caregiver without charge. Up to two children per caregiver.

Family Yoga - Monthly Class

Come and playfully practice yoga at The Village!
Our once-a-month family yoga class is open to all ages. It's a great way to bond with your kiddos while building body awareness and community connection!
No experience is necessary.

Postpartum Pelvic Wellness Night
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH 7PM WITH CARRIE
A nurturing experience designed to support moms through the evolving postpartum body w/ a gentle blend of somatics, Pilates-inspired movement, breath-work + deep relaxation.
Special attention is given to pelvic floor + core health - reconnecting to the body w/ awareness + compassion.
This class offers supportive modifications for all stages of postpartum (6+weeks) and experience levels. This class is time for just you: slow down, restore + reconnect. Led by Carrie Sarlo-Randazzo, LMT, E-RYT, CES

Take the time to slow down and join us for a 75-minute candlelit restorative yoga class. This class offers soothing movement, gentle breath work, and guided meditation.

Postpartum Core & Pelvic Floor Series
