First time attending a class? Plan to arrive a few minutes early to fill out any necessary forms, meet your instructor, and make yourself cozy in our space. It’s always a good idea to let your instructor know if you have any injuries, concerns, or brand new to practicing yoga. If you're attending an all women's class, please let your instructor know if you are currently pregnant or early postpartum.
